The basics: Data goes kinda weird and abandons the Enterprise in descent…searching for him they find Lore and the Borg…apparently now working together.
There is not a lot that goes on in the first part, but it manages to be entertaining and keep your attention, and it leaves you actually wanting to come back unlike the previous year’s attempt. Solid outing.

This is the last season ending cliffhanger in TNG. There is something kind of sad about that. Luckily it is far more exciting than “Time’s Arrow”. It is no “Redemption” or “Best of Both Worlds” but I think it is a solid cliffhanger to end the sixth season.
