Kirk and Spock head down to a mental ward planet and get trapped by an escaped inmate, who has caged the actual Governor of the planet. The story is sort of easy to figure out, and nothing special...fairly average.
The episode holds up better than I remember, though it has some overacting and cheap effects. I did enjoy watching a green Yvonne Craig dance seductively. I might have a weird thing for green Orion chicks.
