"Amok Time" is a great episode. It adds some mythology to both Spock and Vulcans, and has some of the greatest scenes in the whole of the series. Kirk and Spock fight! To the DEATH!
Vulcan society is weird man…they only get it on every seven years? Lame. Spock’s wife is a bitch. I love this episode so much…I don’t know how to review it with out cracking jokes. It is total Trek fun, in the best way possible. Oh and Spock’s reaction to Kirk still being alive is PRICELESS.
The music is great in this episode, some newer musical cues are used in this episode, rather than the same ol’ same ol’ we get most of the time…and then they reused the stuff in this.
