You get a sense in this episode; okay maybe this season that a lot of the cast is bored with the show. Nimoy sounds bored with all of his delivery and Nichols sounds equally uninterested. Not all the cast is phoning it in, but the scripts are not helping them at all.
I don’t feel like all the episodes are bad ideas, or that all are terrible…but there is something in the execution that makes this season just not as thrilling or entertaining as the previous seasons. This one is definitely not the worst of the show ,or this season, it is actually rather decent, it just never reaches that level of season one and two.
