This episode is another of the prime directive stories from the second series. This time it involves a Stone Age planet that has one group provided with weapons by the Klingons. Kirk then tries to even the playing field by giving the other group weapons.
The story is pretty good, but the female character, the witch or whatever she is supposed to be is an annoying aspect. Other than her though, it is a rather good episode.
Oh, and the Mugato is awesome.
