Unfortunately an episode that by the end seems like its premise could have had tons of story potential is actually just one long Lwaxana babbling like a mad woman for 45 minutes.
In the end you find out she had another daughter, Deanna had a sister, and the sister accidentally died, and it has plagued Lwaxana for years since...that is not a bad idea for a story, too bad they wasted the whole damn episode making her act like an annoying nutcase before the “reveal”. It should have been slower, darker, and really built up to this conclusion, rather than the way they really went about it. Shame.
