The Enterprise retrieves a survivor from a crashed ship who has amnesia. But then it turns out he has powers beyond that of our Enterprise crew. Turns out he is some kind of feared fugitive of his own people, feared because he is in the midst of the next evolution in his peoples kind…he is evolving beyond the need of his physical form.
It is alright, but nothing special, but I did like that we find a being that is somewhere in between the states of corporeal and non-coporeal. We've seen plenty of the non-corporeal highly evolved beings in Trek, and it is often mentioned that they are more evolved than us beings with bodies...it is kind of cool to meet someone who is in the middle state of those two states.
