God this episode is bad. The Enterprise finds a human kid amongst a Talarian ship. Turns out he was born to human parents, but during a raid by Talarians he was separated and captured by them. He ended up being raised AS a Talarian, and as a result. He has no real memory of his human heritage.
Now that is not, in itself, a bad plot for an episode. But the execution boils down to him being an annoying teenager doing annoying teenager things. It ends up being one of the most annoying episodes I have ever sat through.
