Worf gets paralyzed. He is a little baby about it and wants to have Riker kill him in a Klingon suicide ritual. I think it actually could have been a halfway decent episode, but Worf does come off more whiny than he should, and the issue gets lost in the shuffle a bit.
There is also a questionable doctor on board who likes to take risks; lucky she is there for she can perform some questionable surgery on Worf to cure him of his paralyzed nature. She is questionable and annoying. She comes off as to brash and irritating for any of us to believe she could be right, and as a result a decent debate the episode should have made falls though the cracks, the annoying person is right, and Crusher is wrong. Weird choice.
