The Enterprise discovers a genetically engineered “perfect” colony that lives on a planet that could possibly be destroyed by quakes. Their society sounds dull and boring to live in, and the people can be smug and cruel to Geordi for being blind…but it is an okay episode.
Decide for yourself, but for me it falls into the “Average TNG category”.
