Hoshi apparently fears the transporter. So naturally when she gets in one for the first time she has the notion that she is invisible to the rest of the crew. It has gone drastically wrong! She also thinks that two aliens are planting bombs all over the ship. Her madness seems really realistic, until she is eventually beamed back onto the ship...and is told she has only been in the buffer for like 10 seconds. What a twist!
It is an okay episode, but again the show feels dull and lacks the level of character and interest to keep it kicking from beginning to end. It is just a lackluster series, and this episode is just more evidence on the increasingly large pile.
