Story: Shockwave, Part II
Written By: Rick Berman & Brannon Braga
Series: Star Trek: Enterprise
Year: 2002
Some may have found the pace and action of the first part at the end of season 1 to be a good sign of things to come in Enterprise…unfortunately this episode doesn’t even have the excitement or pace of that first episode. Enterprise now gets back on the old “is it really going anywhere” path.
Seriously, it continues with the bad plot of the Temporal Cold War, gives us more of Daniels and the Suliban, both of which don’t come close to thrilling me…and on top of all that it moves like a snail.
It is a terrible episode, and an unfortunate start to a season that had a lot to recover from after a struggling first season.
NEXT TIME: Vulcan’s Trapped in a Mining Town
